Craig W. Smalley, E.A., has been admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent, and has a Master's Certificate in Taxation from UCLA.
He has been in practice since 1994, specializing in individual, partnership and corporate taxation for high net worth clients; tax planning; entity structuring; and representation before the IRS regarding negotiations, audits and appeals. He is well versed on U.S. Tax Court rulings, and is about to begin his second year of law school.
Craig is the CEO and Founder of CWSEAPA®, PLLC, located in Orlando, Florida, with clients all over the country in every industry.
Craig is an accomplished writer, with 12 books published on various topics in taxation.
