The Amazon Business Purchases app lets businesses automate purchase reconciliation and categorization when making purchases on Amazon Business. All Amazon Business purchases are automatically imported into QuickBooks and refreshed multiple times a day.

Purchase details, including item descriptions, costs and fees for each transaction are imported automatically. QuickBooks downloads purchases directly from Amazon Business so you can track your purchases in greater detail. reducing the time spent on manual data entry reducing the manual data entry.
The integration elimiates going back and forth between QuickBooks and Amazon Business to match up purchases and helps business owners categorize and understand their business expenses to gain insights into where the expenses are coming from and how their business is doing overall.
Each item bought through Amazon Business can be categorized separately and matched with bank transactions in QuickBooks, even if a customer returns an item to Amazon Business; the returned item transaction is imported into QuickBooks automatically for review.

Once you connect your Amazon Business account to your QuickBooks Online account, you can locate transactions by going to the Banking tab and selecting the App transactions subtabs.
