A new Business View navigation menu is available now to new QuickBooks users who identified as business owners during setup and created a new company after October 20, 2021. Existing customers will start seeing the new view in early to mid-2022.

The new Business View navigation menu is designed for the needs of business owners in language they are likely to use.
What's going to change?
Business View has the same features as the current navigation, organized so that business owners can find information relevant to them.
The names of some features, buttons, and menus are different in Business View than in the current navigation bar, which is now known as Accountant View.
The changes include:
The Cash flow, Reports, Planner, and Projects tabs are on the Business overview menu
Vendors, Sales, and Time tabs are in Get paid & pay
Transactions, Chart of accounts, and Tags tabs are in Bookkeeping

The Live Bookkeeping menu is still only visible to customers not connected to an accountant.
You can continue to use the current view if you prefer, and can switch views any time.
